Sales and Customer Service:

  • Handling Returns and Exchanges: Managing returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner. 

Product Knowledge and Sales Strategies:

  • Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the product range. 
  • Sales Strategies: Implementing sales strategies and participating in promotional events. 
  • Product Demonstrations: Demonstrating products and services to customers. 
  • Cross-selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or services. 
  • Maintaining Sales Records: Keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions. 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and organized on the sales floor.

  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions. 
  • Attending Trade Shows and Events: Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
