Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock arrangement
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately
• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and loyalty programs
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
• Support in inventory management and stock audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems/POS
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in shifts and weekends

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Upto 18k
• Incentives based on performance

Working Hours:

• 9 hours shift (excluding break)
