Job Description:

Sunshine Holidays is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell holiday packages. The role includes office-based sales activities as well as mandatory outstation travel for promotional and business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain holiday and tour packages to customers
• Travel to outstation locations as required (mandatory)
• Promote holiday packages during outstation activities
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of B2C / Inside Sales
• Willingness to travel outstation as per business needs
• Ability to work in a team

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in travel, tourism, or holiday sales is an advantage
• Sales experience is a plus
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
