Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle client inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings for weddings and premium events. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in delivering a luxury client experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries
• Follow up consistently with prospects and warm leads
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography & film packages
• Present services with clarity, confidence, and premium positioning
• Schedule consultations for the creative team
• Maintain CRM and track follow-ups and conversions
• Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets
• Ensure smooth handover to the operations team after booking confirmation

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / client servicing
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment

• Language Requirement (Mandatory)
• Fluent in Tamil
• Fluent in Telugu
• Fluent in Hindi
• Good working proficiency in English

• Preferred Experience
• Experience in wedding, events, luxury services, or creative industry
• Understanding of premium client handling
• Familiarity with CRM tools
