Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer HandlingGreet and assist customers in the showroom or through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed product information, features, pricing, and offers.
- Convert walk-in customers into successful sales.
2. Target AchievementWork toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote new products, schemes, and offers to maximize sales.
- Track daily sales and update reports.
3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Build long-term relations with repeated and referral customers.
4. Product & Market KnowledgeStay updated on product features, specifications, and price changes.
- Understand competitor products and market trends.
5. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with billing, delivery, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain sales reports, enquiry logs, and follow-up records.
- Skills & QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM—if applicable).
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
