Sales Executive

The retail sales executive is responsible for selling high end jewellery in a retail environment.

Along with providing excellent customer service, the executive will guide the customer through the selection process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Use closing techniques to create opportunities for upselling and add-ons.
• Communicate with customers to educate them on different jewellery pieces and guide them to pick the right product.
• Maintain records, process payment and ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of the day.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Jewellery.
• Excellent Verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of jewellery products and latest trends.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
