Role Overview: Pure field sales role — on the ground every day meeting clients, generating enquiries, submitting proposals and closing orders.

What You Will Do:

• Daily visits to corporates, IT parks, factories, real estate developers, hotels, marriage halls, colleges and schools
• Generate enquiries and arrange site visits
• Submit proposals and close orders for plant supply, indoor plants, landscaping and AMC contracts
• Maintain client relationships in assigned territory
• Daily CRM update and activity report — mandatory
• Achieve monthly sales target consistently

What We Are Looking For:

• Both male and female candidates welcome
• 2 to 4 years B2B field sales experience
• Background in building materials, construction, equipment selling, facility management, FMCG, pest control, interiors or industrial sales preferred
• Own two-wheeler — mandatory
• Local candidate — Chennai / Chengalpattu / Kanchipuram / Thiruvallur / Ranipet
• Good Tamil communication — basic English an advantage
• Target driven and self motivated
• Comfortable doing 10 to 15 field visits per day

What We Offer:

• Fixed salary — Rs.22,000 to Rs.28,000 per month
• Incentive starts from Rs.12 Lakhs revenue closed
• Incentive range — 1.5% to 7% uncapped on collected revenue
• Deal closing spot bonus — Rs.2,000 to Rs.25,000 per deal

• Annual reward — International Trip for Two — Singapore / Bangkok / Dubai
• Fast growth — high performers move to senior roles within 6 months

Earning Potential:

• Month 1 — Rs.40,000 to Rs.60,000
• Month 3 — Rs.80,000 to Rs.1,50,000
• Top performer Month 6 — Rs.2,00,000 and above
