Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively contact customers with delinquent or overdue accounts to initiate repayment.
  • Negotiation & Collection: Negotiate repayment plans, promise to pay (PTP), and collect payments to achieve set targets.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer queries, handle objections, and educate them on loan terms in a professional manner.
  • Database Management: Accurately record conversation notes and update payment status in the CRM system.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all collection efforts strictly adhere to RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines and internal NBFC policies.
  • Reporting: Generate daily or weekly MIS reports on call volume, collection success rates, and delinquency status.
