Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and sales follow-ups
- Telecalling to customers & leads
- Follow up on leads and convert them into orders
- Prepare quotations, sales orders & invoices
- Maintain accounts entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts)
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Work on Zoho Books for daily accounting tasks
- Handle GST invoices & billing
- Maintain customer and accounts records
- Coordinate with internal sales & production team
- Incentive based on Order converstion
