Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for fine jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist in selecting jewellery pieces.
Provide detailed information about products, including materials, designs, and pricing.
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
Keep up-to-date with jewellery trends, gemstone knowledge, and luxury retail practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery design
