Job SummaryBluemoon Construction is seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales for residential and commercial construction projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads for construction projects (residential & commercial)
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable construction solutions
• Present company profile, project details, BOQs, and quotations
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Civil/Construction background preferred)
• 1–2 years of proven experience in construction
• Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costing basics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits
