Job Description

Biotastic Health Systems is India’s fastest-growing wellness & biohacking brand, offering advanced ice baths, saunas, and red-light therapy systems to gyms, wellness centers, athletes, and luxury homes. We’re on a mission to build the “Tesla of Wellness”- and we’re looking for sharp, driven interns to help us expand our outreach across India.

Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Experience: 1-3 years

Pay scale: upto 3LPA + Performance based incentives.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Consultant who can convert leads into revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong ownership, disciplined follow-ups, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle- from first contact to successful installation and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets and convert them into daily/weekly action plans.
  • Manage sales pipeline: lead intake, qualification, progression, and closure.
  • Ensure fast responses, consistent follow-ups, and zero missed leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls, consultations, and solution-based selling.
  • Prepare clear proposals, pricing, and structured follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates (no duplicates, every lead has a next step).
  • Oversee the customer journey from order to installation and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.

2. Operational Discipline & Reporting

  • Provide daily pipeline updates and weekly dashboards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to pricing rules, documentation, and sales processes.
