Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To drive showroom sales by assisting customers, understanding their furniture needs, and providing product solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service, Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and warranty details.
• Close sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure price tags, product labels, and offers are accurate and updated.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability and deliveries.
• Follow up with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

Stock & Documentation

• Support Assist in stock checks and report damaged or missing items.
• Ensure proper documentation for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Update customer details and sales records in the system.
• Customer Relationship & After-Sales Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
• Collect customer feedback and share with management.

• Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Excel)
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers
• Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School / Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or furniture showroom sales (preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Working Conditions

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
