Sales Executive

🎯 The Mission – What You’ll Solve:

We receive a strong volume of leads every day — from Instagram Ads, Justdial, Google, and organic referrals. But our conversion rate is low. We’re looking for a sales-focused professional who can take control of every lead, convert inquiries into bookings, and manage the entire client lifecycle through to delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (mandatory)
• Strong sales closing skills — especially over phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Fluent in Tamil with good English (Telugu/Kannada is a bonus)
• Basic skills using CRM tools or systems to manage leads and communication
• Smart, proactive communicator with a passion for performance
• Able to manage clients, internal team, and vendors during all stages of the project
• Not a 9 to 5 attitude — we want someone who lives for conversions and client success

Key Responsibilities : Handle & qualify incoming leads from:

• Instagram Ads
• Website & WhatsApp inquiries
• Justdial & Google Business
• Walk-in clients
• Verify authenticity of leads and respond promptly
• Understand client needs and suggest ideal photography/videography packages
• Negotiate pricing while preserving brand value
• Update and manage lead status using CRM tools

Coordinate with:

• Clients for shoot planning and approvals
• In-house team (photographers, editors, managers)
• Vendors (if applicable) for logistics
• Ensure excellent communication from inquiry to delivery
• Achieve monthly targets, earn per-conversion incentives
• Bonus rewards for exceeding monthly targets
