Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and recommend suitable TVS models.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of two-wheelers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the showroom management.
• Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, calls, and digital inquiries.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new models, and competitor products.
• Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a smooth post-sale process.
