Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our pet food products (Aquarium, Bird & Pet Food) through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves handling dealer/distributor enquiries, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

📞 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to dealers, distributors, pet shops, and wholesalers
• Handle inbound calls and enquiries professionally
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and schemes clearly
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel
• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and marketing teams
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor information

🎯 Skills & Requirements

• Good spoken English & local language (Hindi/Tamil/other regional language preferred)
• Clear communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Prior experience in telesales / inside sales preferred
• Experience in FMCG, pet food, animal feed, or B2B sales is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
