3.With the primary objectives to meet sales target, tele sales executives rely on strong communication and negotiation skills in their job.

4.Team Leaders-Tele Calling must ensure that all members understand the teams objective and work together to achieve it.

5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and listen actively, strong sales skills, and the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
