3. Following up on leads and converting them into long-term clients through consistent communication and relationship-building.
4. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by addressing their queries, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with internal teams for smooth order execution and coordinating with marketing, operations, and support teams to deliver excellent customer service.
