Job Description

Job Title: Sales Head

Location: T-Nagar, Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years

Age Limit: 27 – 35 Years

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)

As part of our growth journey, we are expanding our leadership team and are looking for an experienced Sales Head to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

About the role : We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales division, manage client conversion strategies, and drive overall revenue performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams—preferably within the creative, wedding, or service-based industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales team with smooth execution of daily operations
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to final closure
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure all leads generated through marketing and social media are properly followed up and converted
  • Conduct regular training and performance improvement sessions for sales executives
  • Personally handle premium clients and high-value bookings when required
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using data-driven reporting
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Team for consistent lead flow
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of business goals
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and events/expos

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Manager in a service-based or creative industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
  • Knowledge of the wedding and event industry will be an added advantage
  • Ability to design structured sales processes and workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using CRM tools
  • High professionalism, discipline, and target-driven attitude
