Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new dealers and boost sales productivity
- Drive OTO penetration and increase market share
- Ensure process compliance in sourcing and portfolio building
- Manage and nurture dealer and showroom relationships
- Monitor sales team performance and support target achievement
- Coordinate across departments for seamless operations
- Share market insights with leadership
- Assist with PDD clearance and field-level collection efforts
- Be a critical thinker, strong team player, and an excellent communicator
