Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new dealers and boost sales productivity
  • Drive OTO penetration and increase market share
  • Ensure process compliance in sourcing and portfolio building
  • Manage and nurture dealer and showroom relationships
  • Monitor sales team performance and support target achievement
  • Coordinate across departments for seamless operations
  • Share market insights with leadership
  • Assist with PDD clearance and field-level collection efforts
  • Be a critical thinker, strong team player, and an excellent communicator
