Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive for our sales team. This is a hybrid sales role (not pure telesales). You will handle incoming customer calls, make outbound calls from the lead management system, fix appointments, and conduct in-person meetings with customers who visit the office for discussions and assessments.

Important Note: This role requires working on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekdays will have one weekly off (rotational). Candidates comfortable with weekend work will be given high priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and qualify the leads.
• Make outbound calls daily from assigned leads in the CRM/Lead Management System to generate and fix appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate customer visits to the office.
• Conduct detailed in-person discussions and assessments with customers who come to the office.
• Guide customers through the assessment process and successfully complete the joining/enrollment formalities.
• Follow up effectively with leads and office visitors to ensure high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of all calls, appointments, visits, and sales in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (enrollments / revenue).
• Work closely with the assessment and operations team for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales (Inside Sales, Telesales, Education/Training sales, or similar roles preferred).
• Experience handling both phone interactions and in-person customer meetings is desirable.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English + Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Confident and persuasive in both telephonic and face-to-face conversations.
• Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections.
• Good interpersonal skills with a professional and presentable personality.
• High energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Requirement (High Priority)

• Must be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays. Only candidates willing to work weekends will be considered.

Education

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
