Sales Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with prior experience in the hotel industry to drive room sales, corporate tie-ups, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to close business independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate room and banquet sales through corporate, travel agent, and B2B tie-ups
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct hotel site visits, sales calls, and client meetings
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams
• Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years as Sales Manager / Sales Executive in the hotel industry only
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales (rooms, banquets, corporate business)
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EligibilityIndustry Background: Hotel industry experience is mandatory
• Gender: Male / Female candidates are welcome
• Education: Hotel Management / MBA (Marketing) preferred
• Language: English mandatory; regional language is an advantage
• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (± based on experience)
