Role Overview: Lead and manage a team of 7 Sales Executives across Chennai and extended belt. Drive B2B sales, own personal monthly target and coach team to deliver results from Day 1.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage a team of 7 field sales executives
• Daily joint field visits with team members
• Personal client visits and deal closures every day
• Pipeline review and CRM tracking — daily
• Submit daily and weekly reports to management
• Achieve personal and team monthly sales targets consistently

What We Are Looking For:

• Both male and female candidates welcome
• 4 to 6 years B2B field sales experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years team handling experience
• Background in building materials, construction, equipment selling, facility management, FMCG, pest control, interiors or industrial sales preferred
• Own two-wheeler — mandatory
• Four-wheeler licence — preferred
• Local candidate — Chennai / Chengalpattu / Kanchipuram / Thiruvallur / Ranipet
• Strong Tamil communication — good English an advantage
• Target driven and field active — not a desk role
• Comfortable doing joint field visits daily with team

What We Offer:

• Fixed salary — Rs.55,000 to Rs.65,000 per month
• Incentive starts from Rs.20 Lakhs personal revenue closed
• Incentive range — 3% to 7% uncapped on collected revenue
• Team performance bonus — 0.5% of total team collected revenue
• Deal closing spot bonus — Rs.2,000 to Rs.25,000 per deal

• Annual reward — International Trip for Two — Singapore / Bangkok / Dubai
• Fast growth — Sales Manager to GM Sales within 6 to 12 months based on performance

Earning Potential:

• Month 1 — Rs.70,000 to Rs.90,000
• Month 3 — Rs.1,20,000 to Rs.1,80,000
• Top performer Month 6 — Rs.2,50,000 and above
