Job Description
🔹 About the RoleNuke Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams while driving revenue growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and lead conversion processes.
- Prepare and present sales data, performance reports, and sales forecasts.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to improve customer acquisition.
- Guide and motivate team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth quotation, order processing, and delivery.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of proven experience in sales.
- Strong expertise in customer handling and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyse sales data and reports.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and leadership-driven.
