Roles and Responsibilities:

 Create a sales plan to accomplish your sales targets. Assign quotas to individual and team, with regular follow-ups.

 Identify new customers, study market trends, and devise a strategy to reach markets and clients using site and influencer mapping.

 Developing close relationships with key clients to better understand their needs, address complaints, and negotiate deals.

 Continuous updates on industry developments, rival actions, and client preferences.

 Generate reports and presentations about sales performance and progress toward targets.

 Identify performance gaps in the sales team, provide constructive comments, and implement development strategies as appropriate.

 Ensure smooth operation by finding solutions to maintain positive client relationship.

 Conduct team meetings and encourage collaboration among team members.
