Job Description


  • The Regional Manager - Sales will be responsible for overseeing and driving real estate sales operations across assigned regions. The role involves leading a team of sales managers and executives, achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:


Strong leadership and team management skills


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities


Strategic thinking with strong business acumen


Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability


Proven track record in achieving sales targets in real estate


Handling event like Channel Partner meet, New Project launches etc


Qualification & Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce


5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional role


Very good communication skills. Proficient with Excel, PPT, Presentation and CRM software


  • Experience in residential plotted development projects preferred
