Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive who can communicate with customers in multiple languages and convert travel inquiries into bookings. The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a passion for sales.

• Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Explain travel packages and provide detailed information to customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and vendors for travel arrangements.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Maintain proper records of leads and bookings.
• Provide after-sales support to customers.

Required Communication Skills Candidate should be able to communicate in multiple languages, such as:

• English
• Tamil
• Hindi
• Additional languages (Preferred):
• Malayalam
• Telugu
• Kannada
• Any international language is an added advantage.
• Requirements Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism packages.
• Ability to handle international and domestic customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM).
• Previous sales or travel industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Experience0 – 3 years experience in sales / travel industry preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
