Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and closures. Maintain accurate sales reports & MIS. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Ensure proper documentation. Resolve customer complaints within the defined timeline.
