We are hiring Sales Managers – Agency Channel to drive business growth by recruiting and managing advisors.

The role involves building a strong sales team and generating business through effective relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit and activate insurance advisors on a monthly basis
• Drive advisor productivity and performance
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with advisors
• Generate business through direct sales and advisor network
• Build strong customer and agent relationships
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Attend training and review meetings regularly

Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Graduate

• 1–3 years experience (preferably in Insurance Sales)
• Age below 35 years preferred
• Must be a local candidate
• Should own a two-wheeler / vehicle
• Required Skills:Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Team handling & leadership ability
• Networking and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of digital tools
