Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who can independently handle project-based sales, lead a team, and plan & execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle project sales for PVC / UPVC / CPVC / SWR pipes/ conduit pipes and fittings.

Lead and manage the sales team

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Achieve sales targets and expand project business

Prepare reports and follow up on enquiries

Requirements:

Proven experience in PVC pipes / building materials industry

Strong knowledge of project sales execution

Leadership and team-handling skills

Good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi

Ability to work independently and meet targets
