Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling Online UPS systems, Batteries, and Solar Power Plants across Chennai and its surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in power solutions and established connections with customers in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Online UPS, Batteries, and Solar Power Plants to potential clients in Chennai and nearby regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical solutions and support to customers, ensuring products meet their needs.
  • Understand client requirements and provide them with customized power solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales experience in power solutions, particularly in UPS, batteries, or solar power.
  • Strong knowledge of Online UPS systems, batteries, and solar power plant technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Established network of clients in Chennai and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
