What you'll get to work on

SALES & STRATEGY

• Work on leads across India to convert them from lead stage to conversion stage
• Assist customers in lining demonstrations and aligning the same with sales heads.

MARKETING & BRAND

• Support campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels
• Develop content, messaging, and materials that resonate with real buyers
• Track and analyse campaign performance — and use data to sharpen what works
• Work on brand initiatives at a company that's actively growing its footprint nationally

INDUSTRY EXPOSURE

• Gain deep, unfiltered insights into how a fast-scaling EV company operates
• Attend real strategy sessions, customer meetings, and internal reviews
• Receive regular feedback from experienced industry professionals — the kind that actually makes you better

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Direct Sales & Marketing Track

Ideal for commerce and management grads ready to hit the ground running.

B.Com / MBA preferred — marketing, sales, or related specialisation

• Fresh graduates or candidates with under 1 year of experience — very much welcome
• Strong communicator — comfortable speaking to customers, teams, and leadership
• Goal-oriented with a genuine drive to learn, grow, and deliver
• Curious about the EV industry, sustainability, or emerging technology
• Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus
