Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Consultant to join our growing immigration consulting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with company-provided leads, understanding client requirements, and guiding potential customers toward suitable immigration or overseas opportunities. This is a target-driven role that rewards strong communication and sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

l Contact and follow up with customer leads provided by the company through calls and other communication channels.

l Conduct daily outbound calls to qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.

l Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate immigration or overseas opportunity guidance.

l Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches explaining the services offered by the company.

l Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.

l Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.

l Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

l Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

 

 Required Skill Set

l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to handle multiple calls and client interactions daily.

l Proven sales mindset with negotiation and persuasion skills.

l Ability to work in a target-based environment.

l Basic knowledge of immigration services or overseas opportunities is an advantage (training may be provided).

l Good organizational and follow-up skills.
