Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in real estate or construction sales. The role involves handling leads, coordinating site visits, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries
• Explain project details to prospective clients
• Arrange and manage site visits
• Follow up with customers and close sales
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic sales records and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bookings

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in real estate or construction sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of property sales process
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to visit project sites

Qualification

• Any graduate (preferred)
