🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential customers in the field
• Explain project details (plots / villas)
• Conduct site visits with clients
• Generate new leads through field marketing
• Follow up with interested buyers
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with telecalling & marketing team

✅ Requirements

• Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
• Strong convincing ability
• Willing to work in field (outdoor work)
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
• Target-oriented and energetic personality
