Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Call new leads within 10–15 minutes • Briefly and professionally explain Sunrad services • Qualify customers (location, EB bill, rooftop type) • Schedule site visits with the field sales team • Collect EB bill and site address details • Maintain daily lead tracker (Excel or CRM) • Follow up on quotations and pending decisions • Coordinate between customer, sales engineer, and design team
