Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries and support sales activities for our real estate projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Calling and handling enquiries received from ads, portals, or walk-ins
• Explaining basic project details to customers over phone and in person
• Understanding customer requirements and interest level
• Scheduling and assisting with site visits
• Following up with interested customers and maintaining communication
• Coordinating with the sales team for closures and updates
• Maintaining simple customer and enquiry records
• Supporting offline marketing activities such as site promotions or events
