📝 Job Description:

Grow Value Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales) to promote real estate projects and handle on-field sales activities. The candidate should be comfortable with site visits and client meetings.

🔑 Responsibilities:

• Field sales activities including site visits and client meetings
• Generate leads through field work, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Promote and explain real estate projects to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up for conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for deal closures
• Maintain daily field reports and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales targets

✨ Required Skills & Extra Skills:

• Experience in field sales (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work
• Customer relationship management skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer / CRM knowledge
• Two-wheeler preferred
