About Zacs Valley ResortZacs Valley Resort is a premium valley-view property in Kodaikanal offering pool villas and luxury suite cottages with scenic views and a serene experience. We are focused on building strong travel trade partnerships and consistent booking channels beyond OTAs.

We are looking for a sales professional who can represent Zacs Valley in the market and build long-term booking sources through tour operators, travel agents, and corporate tie-ups.

Role ObjectiveTo generate predictable monthly room bookings by developing partnerships with:

• Tour operators
• Travel agents
• Corporate companies
• Event planners
• Travel communities

This role is directly responsible for increasing occupancy and revenue through offline and relationship-based sales.

• Key Responsibilities1. Travel Agent & Tour Operator NetworkIdentify and onboard tour operators and travel agents across Tamil Nadu, Bangalore, Kerala & major cities
• Regularly meet agents, present the property, and build booking relationships
• Share tariffs, offers, photos, and updates with the network
• Ensure Zacs Valley is a preferred Kodaikanal property in their portfolio
• 2. Corporate Tie-UpsApproach companies for corporate stays, team outings, offsites, and retreats
• Create corporate rate contracts
• Follow up and convert corporate travel planners into repeat clients
• 3. Market RepresentationVisit travel agencies, attend travel meets, exhibitions, and B2B events
• Represent Zacs Valley professionally in the travel trade market
• Conduct property presentations and familiarization (FAM) coordination
• 4. Revenue & Occupancy FocusWork with management to forecast occupancy
• Bring consistent bookings during weekdays and lean seasons
• Reduce dependency on OTAs by increasing direct and agent bookings
• 5. Reporting & Follow-upsMaintain database of all agents and corporate contacts
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Submit weekly sales activity and booking reports
