Job DescriptionMerloam Estates is looking for a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to handle client relationships and support real estate sales activities.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and guiding them through property investment opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential clients and generate real estate leads
• Explain property details and investment opportunities to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Schedule property site visits and follow up with prospects
• Coordinate with the sales team to close deals
• Maintain client records and follow-up database
• RequirementsGood communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is a plus
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic computer and phone handling skills
