Sales & Marketing Manager

A Real Estate Sales Manager leads a team of agents, develops strategies to hit sales targets, manages operations, analyzes market trends, and ensures client satisfaction, focusing on growth, coaching, compliance, and building strong client/agent relationships to drive revenue for the company. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
• Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee sales plans, set goals, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and advise on pricing and investments.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and foster a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Operations & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with marketing. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background in real estate sales, often with several years in management.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Education: Often a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
