Job Title: Field Sales Officer – HL & LAP (Chennai)💼 Role SummaryAs a Field Sales Officer in our Retail Assets team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) by conducting field visits, generating leads, and managing customer relationships to meet sales targets and generate business growth.

• 💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan sourcing and disbursal targets. Apna
• Market Mapping: Build relationships with real estate agents, DSAs, and local partners for referral business. Apna
• 🎓 QualificationsEducation: Graduation preferred
• Experience: At least 6 months in field sales (financial services / HL / LAP)
