📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer for our Gold Loan segment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting gold loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge and excellent communication skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Gold Loan products through field visits and local marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, local agents, and business associates.
• Explain product features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Conduct market surveys to identify potential areas and customers.
• Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance as per company norms.
• Follow up with customers for repayment reminders and renewal opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 years in Gold Loan / BFSI / Field Sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of local market and area
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
