l Scouting for LAP loan leads
l Collecting documents from customer and submitting it at nearby branch
l Explaining all Loan related processes and charges to customer
l Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers
l Having Loan case file in proper order
l Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received
l Ensuring all TAT's are followed in moving the loan file forward
l Providing all necessary customer support
