Job Description

Position: Senior Relationship Manager (Sales & Relationship Management)

Partner Organization: ICICI Bank

Training Partner: TVS Training & Services Ltd

TVS Training & Services, in association with ICICI Bank, is hiring Senior Relationship Managers. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and, upon successful completion, will be placed across ICICI Bank locations in India.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and promote ICICI Bank products
• Manage and build long-term customer relationships
• Cross-sell banking products such as CASA, loans, credit cards, and insurance
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate with the branch and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from Arts / Commerce / Science streams
• Minimum 50% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and UG (full-time)
• Age limit: 25 years or below
• Work experience: Less than 12 months (Freshers welcome)
• Willingness to work in sales roles
• Open to PAN India location after training

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹31,667
