Job Description

Sales Representative  – Roles and Responsibilities :


·        Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and referrals to build a qualified pipeline.


·        Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.


·        Product Presentation and Demonstration: Preparing and delivering tailored presentations or product demonstrations to showcase how the product or service solves the client's specific needs.


·        Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.


·        Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


·        Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to internal teams (e.g., marketing and product development).


·        Sales Administration and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Sales CRM ) and generating regular reports for management.


·        After-Sales Support: Providing initial after-sales support and coordinating with customer service or technical teams to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
