Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

• Needs Assessment: Identify and understand client technical requirements and business needs.
• Solution Selling: Propose customized technical solutions and products that meet customer specifications.
• Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials, explaining complex features and benefits.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and support sales negotiations with technical expertise. 

Technical Support & Service

• Installation & Training: Oversee product installation, testing, and provide user training.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, diagnose problems, and recommend upgrades or modifications.
• Lifecycle Support: Ensure products function correctly post-sale, providing ongoing maintenance and support. 

Collaboration & Strategy

• Internal Liaison: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and technical issues to R&D and management for product improvement.
