Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Handling

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
• Demonstrate product features, quality, and benefits
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Convert inquiries into successful sales

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all furniture products (sofas, beds, dining, office furniture, etc.)
• Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and pricing
• Explain customization options (size, material, color)

3. Showroom Management

• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
• Arrange products attractively to enhance customer experience
• Coordinate with team members for stock movement and display changes

4. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare quotations and invoices accurately
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments
• Maintain customer records and sales data

5. Coordination & OperationsCoordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment

• Assist in loading/unloading if required
• Ensure timely delivery and installation coordination

6. Customer Relationship

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Follow up for feedback and repeat business
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, POS systems)
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Qualifications:Minimum: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (Furniture or similar industry preferred)
