We are seeking a skilled Sales Strategist with strong Salesforce experience to support our sales operations, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for the sales team.

Analyse sales data and create actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Track pipeline movement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Develop sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts in Salesforce.

Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.

Support sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.

Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and regular CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 to 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or CRM roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and present insights.

Experience supporting global sales teams is an added advantage.
