Sales Team Leader

The Field Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve assigned sales targets. The role involves field activity, team supervision, performance tracking, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives
• Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance
• Accompany team members on field visits and provide on-the-job coaching
• Drive sales through direct customer acquisition and territory coverage
• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
• Track attendance, productivity, and daily sales reports (DSR)
• Handle escalations and support team in closing deals
• Coordinate with backend, operations, and management teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
